Mr. NI Zhengdong is the founder and chairman of Zero2IPO Group, and also the founder, chairman and CEO of Zero2IPO Ventures (HKG: 1945), a Hong Kong main board listed company. He was awarded “Hurun Industry Achievement Award 2016”.

Mr. NI now serves as a member of Angel Investment Commission under Asset Management Association of China, the secretary general of China Angel Investment Association, a member of National Fund for Technology Transfer and Commercialization, the rotating chairman of Beijing Private Equity Association, the vice president of Tsinghua Entrepreneur Association, the president of Beijing Changde Chamber of Commerce, the vice president of Hunan General Chamber of Commerce, and a CPPCC member.

He has participated in the investment of over 300 companies, among which listed companies include Qihoo360, iKang Guobin Healthcare Group, ZPEC, Sanfo Outdoor, Rong360, Sunlands Technology, Henlius, Bona Film, Genetron Health, GigaDevice and so on.

Prior to Zero2IPO Group, Mr. NI co-started Tsinghua University Business Plan Competition in 1998, an competition that influenced Asia. He was a promoter and practitioner of college students' entrepreneurship.

Mr. NI obtained a master’s degree from Tsinghua University and he also graduated from a business administration PhD program from Tsinghua University.
